1. Structure of the oven:
- Heating chamber: Made of high-temperature resistant stainless steel, it is an enclosed space for food heating. Baking tray rails and temperature sensors are often installed inside.
- Heating system: It includes heating pipes, heating wires, etc. to provide the heat needed for baking. Some ovens are equipped with independent temperature control devices at the top and bottom.
- Control system: It consists of a main control board, temperature controller, and knob/button panel to control heating temperature, time and baking mode.
- Door body and shell: The door body is equipped with high-temperature resistant glass and sealing rubber strips; the shell is mostly made of cold-rolled steel plate, which plays a protective and supporting role.
2. Automated conveying system:
- The automatic flow of the oven adopts a plate chain conveying line.
- Application scenarios: As the core equipment of the main line of oven assembly, it is responsible for the transfer of heavy parts such as stainless steel cavities and shells (the weight of a single chain plate is ≥80kg), such as transporting from the cavity forming station to the heating tube installation station, or from the door body assembly station is sent to the performance testing area.
