1. Structure of LCD and LED TVs:

  • Display module:Including the panel (core display component, composed of backlight layer, liquid crystal layer, polarizer, etc.), driver board and cable interface, is the core of TV imaging.​
  • Power board: converts the mains power into the DC voltage required by various components of the TV to supply power to the whole machine.​
  • Motherboard: Integrate the central processing unit, memory, and interface circuits, responsible for signal processing, system operation and external device connection.​
  • Shell and frame: It consists of a front frame (fixing the screen), a rear shell (protecting internal components) and a bracket. It is mostly made of plastic or metal, taking into account aesthetics and protection.​

2. Automated conveying system:

  • The LCD/LED TV automation assembly line adopts a double-speed chain conveyor line (with anti-static tooling board).
  • Application scenarios: As the main line of assembly of the whole machine, it carries the transfer of TV back shell, front frame and other components (the tool board carries a load of 30-50kg), such as transporting from the back shell installation station to the motherboard fixing station, or sending it to the inspection area after the shell is welded.

  • Cost optimization: Labor requirements can be reduced by 70-90% in the long run, and material loss rates (such as PCBs and displays) can be reduced from 5% to below 1%.​
